Baia del Sole - Costa dei Trabocchi

My family and I, four adults and a toddler have been at "Baia del Sole" for lunch. We sat inside because the temperature was really high and we enjoyed a lot the AC. The restaurant is easy to find from the main road, and it is well indicated. Parking is not an issue, and there’s a concierge that helps to you find the right spot. We arrived here with high expectations because the restaurant was recommended by local folks as the best restaurant in the area. Our expectations were fulfilled from any angle. Here's the experience in short: Atmosphere & Place 8: The indoor area is very light, and the sea and beach colours make the lights just incredible. The total white approach perfectly fits the background with such a view there’s no need for additional colors. The furniture is good and consistent with the style of the restaurant. Restrooms were tidy and clean with hand sanitiser everywhere. On top of that, there was an elevator to make the restrooms accessible to everyone. Menu 9.: The four of us explored almost all the dishes listed in the menu. I opted for the glorious tonno fritto, absolutely well done with a marvellous crost. Afterwards, I had the baccalá with sultana and macadamia nuts. I was speechless. it was absolutely yummy. Last but not least, I had the disassembled sacher torte, another proof of the chef's great skills. Service 9: The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. They were fast in serving the dishes and providing the bill. The sommelier suggested a local wine based on our indications in regards to preferences and plates we choose. Bill 7: Fair considering the place, food and other places' prices.

Truly wonderful location. The staff is kind, polite and really knows how to advise the customer. Today I went for a different lunch. We were delighted. It's the third time I've had the opportunity to have lunch here, and it's always a certainty. The quality of the fish is undisputed, but the chef creates the best... unusual and always delicious dishes. It's a pleasure to go there. Top!

We had the pleasure of having lunch again at Baia del Sol, and like last time, it was magic. A beautiful view and a location with attention to detail. Starting from the arrival (very late on our part) both the director and all the staff welcomed us with the smile and kindness they always have. We ate the entire array of appetizers, and we couldn't help but compliment the chef. Everything is truly special, refined and very fresh. A truly UNIQUE experience. KEEP UP LIKE THIS, YOU ARE THE TOP
